Walked in, checked in, saw Kari was the shortest availability, requested her. 25 min countdown, 2 more customers come in and sign in when I was down to 15 and 10 min out. They were taken back and Kari took one back and suddenly the board says I'm 25 min out when seconds b4 I was 5 min out. I decided the store didn't need my money, and Kari didn't need the 20 dollar tip for a touch up. Sports clips has gotten to be a 2nd rate great clips shop of BS. Of course, this review will be disqualified for being negative.

I took my son to the west Chester location. We always go to sports clips but this was our worst experience. With COVID-19, my 4 other kids have to sit in the car. No one told me that the woman cutting my son’s hair is inexperienced and newer. I figured it out when she was talking to me because she said she gets help from more experienced ones. She took 50 minutes cutting his hair. She messed it up really badly. She had two different woman helping her cut it. The manager actually finished the hair cut. And it looks horrible. The sides by his ears are choppy, very uneven. And the top was left too long. I was so aggravated that I just paid and left. The manager knew I complained to another employee but didn’t even apologize or offer a discount when she could clearly see how upset I was. Now I am going to have to spend another $20 somewhere else to get his hair fixed. This was absolutely ridiculous. Manager’s name was Lori. Hairstylist was Olivia. I will not be back to the location EVER.
